Shipping Costs and FAQ’s
Good news for Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the USA, thanks to trade deals you should not incur any tax fees now!
Q. Do you accept refunds?
A. Refunds will only be given if a product is faulty and once received back to me to be checked. An exchange will always be offered if you have a faulty item, but items are non refundable otherwise.
I am just a tiny business and regret that I cannot refund items that are simply 'unsuitable' as I provide as much information as I can about them when listing them in my shop and make everything to order. If you have a specific request then please pop me over a message.

Q. Do you offer shipping discount or multiple purchase discount?
A. I don't do this as standard, but get in touch if you have any questions, I am always happy to help. My email is above.
A. I am not responsible for any import / duty taxes incurred in your country. My shipping price covers posting your items only. Taxes in your destination country are your responsibility if incurred.
Q. Do you do custom orders?
A. Not if it's a style I don't make. I always offer custom colours on my designs and there are listings for custom colour versions of my designs.
Q. Do you do wholesale?
A. I get emails all the time asking if I do wholesale, but due to the extremely time consuming nature of my work I regret that I do not have any plans to make my current business model into wholesale.
Q. How much is shipping?
I hate having to charge for shipping, but I keep it to what it costs me for postage and packaging and no more. I only send your parcels via a tracked service through Royal Mail and obtain tracking numbers after I have sent the item, as I use a service called Drop & Go.
If you have been waiting longer than a week after you receive shipping confirmation (allow longer if you are overseas) and you're worried that your parcel has gone AWOL then just send me an email with your order reference and I'll do my best to help. You will get a tracking email so you can keep an eye on delivery status and whereabouts. I always respond to your emails as quickly as I can so that you can get a quick response. My shipping rates are based on what it costs me including covering parcelling costs. (I make no profit on postage) and is the following:
Europe £16.00 Tracked- Non EU Countries only at the moment.
EU Countries- You can use a parcel forwarding company such as Shipito, Planet Express, Forward2me or others which gives you a UK forwarding address to your destination country and forwarding postage at your cost. *The forwarding company names given above are in no way endorsed or affiliated to me*, feel free to Google and find alternatives.
UK signed for parcels are £3.50 to these forwarding addresses, and you will need to use their services to forward your parcel. An average parcel size for one garland is 34cm x 24cm x 3cm and weight is average 400 grams. Parcels containing 2 or more items are 12"x12" x 3".
North America, Canada, Australia and NZ - tracked service.

Q. Do you collaborate with bloggers/ instagrammers?
Unfortunately my items are all handmade by myself and are so time consuming to make (and I'm just so busy making orders that people have paid for) that I'm not able to do gifted collaborations. Due to the amount of collaboration request emails I get on a regular basis please don't be offended if I am unable to reply.
I do appreciate every bit of interest and enthusiasm you show.
