Terms and Conditions

Every handmade order I receive is made by hand, my myself, and I like to give every order my care and attention, so please expect your order to take a mimimum of 2 weeks to be lovingly crafted, and allow time after that for it to travel to you. When you receive shipping confirmation, it means that I have packed up your order (yay!).

My products are not toys, not to be used or given to children to play with. Please securely attach garlands out of reach of children! Do not give magnet decorations to children to play with. 

I do not issue refunds for unwanted orders or because the wrong item was ordered- I’m always happy to help with suggesting colours in advance so please get in touch if you need help.

Please do not order expecting immediate shipment for handmade items, it is sadly not possible as I have so many orders to work through!
