Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be faulty and you need to contact hello@velveteenbabies.co.uk immediately so that I can help you, or use the online contact form. A repair or replacement will be offered with Velveteen Babies covering postage and I will resolve it with immediate action.
I'm afraid that the garlands and mobiles I produce for you cannot be returned simply because you've changed your mind after purchase unfortunately, so please do consider this prior to ordering.
